MAIN RULES
You can only drive the rented car on public roads (tracks, off-roads, and deserts are excluded).
There are also emirate restrictions – only Dubai and Abu - Dhabi. Otherwise, a fine of 20,000 AED applies.
The daily limit is 250 km, and each additional kilometer costs extra – 30 AED/km for sports cars and 20 AED/km for other cars.
Keep to the speed limit on the road. If the speed exceeds 140 km/h (3 times), we will be forced to disable the car.
A daily rental is exactly 24 hours. If you return the vehicle late, the charge is 500 AED/hour for sports cars and 250 AED/hour for other cars.
Smoking inside the car is strictly prohibited – fine of 1,500 AEDTOLL ROADS (SALIK)
There are only 6 toll roads in the UAE.
The cost of passing through one gate is 5.25 AED.
Around Dubai, there are 2 such roads:
the Al-Garhoud Bridge over Dubai Creek – it divides the metropolis into two parts, and Sheikh Zayed Road – this road is 55 km long and serves as the city's main transport artery.
You can recognize them by special automatic gates labeled Salik or Toll Gate. When returning the vehicle, we will provide you with a detailed report of toll road usage, which must be paid immediately.FINES
Speeding (over +20km from the sign) – from 400 to 3,000 AED
1. IMPORTANT! In Abu Dhabi, there is no +20 km rule.
2. Speed limit in populated areas of the UAE is 60 km/h, on highways – a maximum of 120 km/h.
Talking on a mobile phone – from 500 AED
Unpaid parking – from 100 to 500 AED
Driving without a seatbelt – from 400 AED

Via SMS.
You can send an SMS from a local operator's SIM card to the number 7275 in the format “car number – parking code – duration in hours,” and the money will be deducted from your mobile phone balance.

Download for iPhone, Android. You will need to enter the car number, parking code, and time.

Which fuel to use: Super.
When returning the car, you must fill up the same fuel percentage as when you received it. Otherwise, you will need to pay the difference immediately.ACCIDENTS
Car repairs cannot be done without first obtaining an accident report, so it is important to call the police, or use the Dubai Police service to report the incident if there are no injuries and the vehicle damage is minor.
If the other driver tries to flee the scene, you need to photograph the car's license plate and provide it to the police.
Make sure you have your driver's license, Emirates ID, or passport, as the police will ask to see them.
Call the police at 999 (from anywhere in the UAE).
If needed, call an ambulance at 998.
Record the damage to the car. Note the contact details of all witnesses.
Remember not to leave the accident scene until the police have finished the paperwork.
